We work closely with your business to offer a Handpicked Employment Programme, a customised workplace training programme designed for mass recruitment.
Our Handpicked employment programme offers the same basic principles and multi-skilled tasks as the General Work Skills programme, however we customise the delivery of this to meet the needs of the employer, incorporating company values and other key criteria you as an employer look for in your staff.
An initial ‘fact find’ meeting is conducted to inform the bespoke designing phase of the course, then we advertise your vacancies, screen potential candidates, put potential candidates through the 1 or two-week tailored course, then you interview as normal.
During the programme, employers are invited to visit the training centre at any time and meet the learners to assess their progress.
After finishing the programme, all learners are given the opportunity to be interviewed for a role, with the final selection of staff made by you the employer.
