Our traineeships programme works with young and enthusiastic individuals who are seeking their first opportunity to progress into the workplace.
All our young people complete 100 hours of work placement experience as part of their programme alongside a nationally recognised Level 1 programme of Work Skills, Retail Skills or Customer Service Skills as well as developing their numeracy, literacy and ICT skills.
By simply offering a work placement opportunity you will be able to have a young person join your organisation at minimal cost to yourself with no obligation at the end of the placement.
In many cases employers have been able to use the placement as an opportunity to evaluate potential new employees, seeing how they fit into your organisation and understanding how they can be of benefit to you. You can then employ them as a 16-18-year-old Apprentice whilst they develop their skills and work towards a higher level qualification.
